This Cancellation Policy explains how and when you can cancel orders or services placed through the Nova Store mobile application.
By using Nova Store, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Orders can be cancelled before the store accepts or confirms the order.
If payment has already been made, a full refund will be processed.
Once the order is confirmed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
In such cases, refunds (if any) will depend on the store’s cancellation policy.
Orders cannot be cancelled after they are dispatched for delivery.
If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability of the customer, cancellation charges may apply.
Cancellations may not be allowed for:
Fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, and cooked food
Medicines and pharmacy items
Customized or special orders
Once confirmed, these items generally cannot be cancelled due to safety and quality reasons.
Rental bookings can be cancelled before the service start time.
Cancellations made after the rental period has started are non-refundable.
Late cancellations may attract cancellation charges.
Any damage or misuse of rented items may result in additional charges.

Contact customer support with your order or booking details
Cancellation requests are subject to confirmation by the respective store or service provider.
Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
Refund processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Nova Store reserves the right to:
Cancel any order due to unavailability of items
Cancel orders in case of pricing errors, technical issues, or suspected misuse
Modify this Cancellation Policy at any time
