Welcome to Nova Vendor. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Nova Vendor mobile application (“App”), operated by Nova (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
By downloading, registering, or using the Nova Vendor app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Nova Vendor.
You must be authorized to operate the business or store you register on the app.
All information provided must be accurate and up to date.
To use Nova Vendor, you must create an account by providing:
Valid contact details
Business/store information
You are responsible for:
Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities conducted through your account
Nova reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.
You agree to use Nova Vendor only for lawful business purposes, including:
Managing orders
Communicating with customers
Updating store information
You agree not to:
Misuse the app or attempt unauthorized access
Provide false pricing, product, or order information
Engage in fraudulent or abusive activity
Vendors are responsible for confirming, preparing, and fulfilling orders accurately.
Nova is not responsible for product quality, pricing errors, or service issues caused by vendors.
Delays or cancellations must be communicated promptly to customers through the app.
Payment terms, commissions, and settlement cycles (if applicable) are governed by Nova’s internal policies.
Vendors are responsible for applicable taxes, fees, and compliance with local laws.
Nova Vendor may collect location data to:
Support delivery coordination
Improve operational accuracy
Location access can be managed through your device settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:
These Terms are violated
Fraudulent or illegal activity is detected
Required compliance standards are not met
Termination may result in loss of access to account data.
All content, trademarks, logos, and software related to Nova Vendor are owned by Nova.
You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without written permission.
Nova Vendor is provided on an “as is” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
Nova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from app usage.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
