At Nova Store, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds, replacements, or cancellations may be provided when you use the Nova Store mobile application.
By placing an order through Nova Store, you agree to this Refund Policy.
Orders can be cancelled before the store confirms the order.
A full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.
Once an order is confirmed by the store or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
In such cases, refunds will depend on the store’s cancellation policy.
You may be eligible for a refund in the following cases:
Wrong item delivered
Missing items in the order
Damaged or spoiled products
Expired products (for medicines or food items)
Order not delivered
Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
The following items are generally non-refundable, unless damaged or incorrectly delivered:
Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, cooked food)
Opened or used products
Rental services already started or completed
Medicines once opened (unless expired or incorrect)
Rental bookings cancelled before the service start time may be eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be provided for rentals that have already started or been used.
Any damages to rented items may result in partial or full deduction of the refund.
Raise a refund request through the app or by contacting support
Provide order details and reason for the refund
Our team will review the request within 3–5 business days
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refunds may take 5–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Partial refunds may be issued for:
Missing items in an order
Price differences
Partially damaged orders
Some refunds may depend on the individual store or service provider’s policy. Nova Store acts as a platform connecting customers with local stores and service providers.
Nova Store reserves the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting in the app.
